Healogy.ai offers spiritual wellness tools—AI readings, karta sessions, and cosmic DNA charts—for reflection and personal growth. We are not a healthcare provider. Our AI is not human and cannot give medical advice. Our kartas are independent practitioners, not our employees. If you have health concerns, please see a qualified professional. By using Healogy.ai, you acknowledge these limits and take responsibility for your own health decisions.
Healogy.ai (the “Service”) is operated by Pairox Pty Ltd (ACN 154 477 728), an Australian company based in New South Wales. We provide spiritual-wellness and informational services including: AI-generated cosmic DNA charts and personalized astrological profiles; tarot readings and spiritual guidance through automated systems; live video sessions with independent kartas (spiritual guides, astrologers, tarot readers, and energy healers); subscription-based premium features providing enhanced access to AI insights; pay-per-session bookings with kartas; and user-generated content tools allowing you to create and share cosmic DNA cards via social media links and third-party platforms.
Healogy.ai is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service. All content, AI guidance, karta sessions, and materials provided through Healogy.ai are for general wellness, spiritual education, and personal reflection only. Healogy.ai does not: diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, mental-health condition, injury, or medical condition; provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or pharmaceutical advice; or substitute for professional medical, mental-health, or therapeutic consultation, examination, or treatment.
No professional relationship is created. Using Healogy.ai does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship between you and Pairox Pty Ltd, any karta, or Healogy.ai AI. You are solely responsible for your health and wellbeing decisions.
You are interacting with artificial intelligence. Healogy.ai AI is not a human being. It does not have consciousness, emotions, medical expertise, or professional qualifications. All AI-generated content—including cosmic DNA charts, astrological readings, tarot interpretations, and spiritual guidance—is produced by large language models and should be treated as informational and reflective, not advisory or diagnostic.
How Healogy.ai AI works: Responses are generated by large language models trained on diverse text data. These models predict likely text sequences but do not “understand” your situation or verify factual claims against current knowledge. AI output may be: factually incorrect, even when stated confidently; outdated relative to current scientific or clinical knowledge; inappropriate for your specific personal, medical, or psychological context; or biased based on patterns in training data.
You are responsible for verifying any factual or actionable claim before acting on it. Healogy.ai is not liable for outcomes that result from acting on AI-generated content without independent professional verification.
For users in California, Colorado, and Illinois: This service uses generative artificial intelligence. All AI-generated communications are clearly labeled as such. No AI-generated content constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For any health concerns, you have the right to consult a qualified healthcare professional and to request that any clinical decision involve human review. If you believe an AI system has made an error affecting your wellbeing, contact us immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Kartas are independent practitioners, not Healogy.ai employees. Kartas on Healogy.ai are independent contractors operating their own spiritual wellness practices. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Pairox Pty Ltd.
Pairox Pty Ltd does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any karta’s qualifications, advice, or services. We provide the technology platform for booking, payment processing, and video sessions, but do not supervise, direct, or control the spiritual guidance provided. Pairox Pty Ltd is not liable for any advice, action, or omission of any karta. All karta services are provided directly between you and the karta.
Assume kartas are not licensed medical or mental-health professionals unless they independently and explicitly disclose a current professional licence to you in writing. It is your responsibility to verify any claimed credentials before relying on karta guidance for important decisions.
If a karta violates the safety standards in our Karta Terms—which prohibit medical diagnosis, medication prescription, and recommendations to stop prescribed treatment—please report through Help → Tickets. Reports are reviewed for potential platform removal; they do not create a duty of care or liability on Pairox Pty Ltd’s part.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any of the following: physical symptoms (pain, injury, infection, or any medical concern); mental-health symptoms (persistent low mood, anxiety, panic, suicidal ideation, hallucinations, mania, dissociation); medication questions, including starting, stopping, or adjusting any prescribed medication; pregnancy, post-partum, or fertility concerns; substance-use concerns; any condition diagnosed by a healthcare provider; or any symptom that worries you, regardless of what Healogy.ai AI or a karta has said.

Why we don’t list specific numbers: Emergency numbers change, and we cannot guarantee accuracy for every country. The universal 112 number works in most countries, and your local services are best equipped to help you in an emergency.
For non-emergency support—when you need someone to talk to but are not in immediate danger—our Crisis Support page lists helplines and counseling services organized by country. These services are run by independent organizations, not by Healogy.ai. They are appropriate for distress, not for emergencies.
Your responsibility for your wellbeing. Healogy.ai is a tool for reflection and spiritual exploration, not a substitute for professional care. You are solely responsible for decisions about your physical and mental health. Healogy.ai does not monitor your wellbeing or check in on you between sessions. If you experience any concerning symptoms—whether physical pain, persistent low mood, thoughts of self-harm, or anything else that worries you—please contact a qualified healthcare professional regardless of any guidance you have received through Healogy.ai.
When you create your account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept this medical disclaimer. We record your acceptance with a timestamp for our mutual protection.
We will ask you to re-confirm: Every 12 months, and whenever we make material changes to this disclaimer, we will ask you to review and re-confirm your acceptance. You will receive advance notice (at least 30 days for material changes) and can review changes before accepting.
Separate consents for different services: We may ask for separate confirmation before your first AI-generated reading and before your first karta session, so you understand the different nature of these services. AI services involve automated processing; karta services involve human practitioners with their own practices and approaches.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairox Pty Ltd’s liability is limited per our Terms of Service. Nothing in this disclaimer affects your statutory rights under: Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2, Competition and Consumer Act 2010); EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable national consumer protection legislation if you access Healogy.ai from the European Union or European Economic Area; UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you access Healogy.ai from the United Kingdom; Consumer Protection Act 2019 (India) and applicable consumer protection laws in India; and applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
These rights include guarantees of acceptable quality, fitness for purpose, and due care and skill that cannot be contractually excluded.
Specifically, Pairox Pty Ltd is not liable for: any health outcome resulting from your use of or reliance on Healogy.ai services; errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content in AI-generated guidance; any advice, action, or omission of any karta; or outcomes from decisions made without independent professional consultation.

We may update this disclaimer to reflect changes in our service or in applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email. We will provide at least 30 days’ notice before material changes take effect.
