How a session works

Three steps, with the price and the terms in front of you before you pay.

  1. Choose an independent practitioner

    See who they are, what they offer and what a session costs.

  2. Book a time at a fixed price

    Pick a time that suits you and pay securely. The practitioner sets the price, and you see it before you pay.

  3. Meet one to one

    Video and audio sessions open from Sessions in your browser. Just you and your practitioner.

What you can count on

  • Reviewed before listing

    We review every practitioner's application before they are listed. This is not a check of their qualifications, and no result is promised.

  • Prices set up front

    Each practitioner sets a fixed price for each session. You see it before you pay.

  • Private, one to one

    Sessions are one to one, by private video, audio call or in person, as each practitioner offers. Healogy.ai does not record them, and a practitioner may record only with your explicit consent.

  • A full refund if you cancel in time

    Cancel 24 hours or more before the start for a full refund. Card and wallet payments are refunded to your Healogy.ai wallet.
